Well, the lemonade cleanse wasn't too difficult for me because I don't usually get hungry. It actually felt GOOD to not have that constant "full stomach" feeling. If you haven't tried it for a day or 7, the recipe is posted on the last blog. I am seriously considering a very extreme diet suggested by Dr. Max G It consists mainly of juiced organic produce that will take quite a while between the toxins I have stored in my body (as does everyone), plus the prolonged use of the steroid prednisone. It's been six years and it's taking it's toll on my liver, as is the chemo drug I take, Imuran. I'm headed to southern Texas February 3-14 with my folks to see if some "sunshine therapy" helps my left leg. Gosh, I guess I just HAVE to go! :-)
This negative zero weather has been crazy--even for Michigan! It's so cold that the salt doesn't work and apparently Montcalm county is having a sand shortage. The roads have been plowed down to the ice, so that even the main roads are treacherous. No school Monday and Tuesday. Not looking great for Wednesday either!

My Book/Bible study is off to the Printers!
I'm so excited to say that TODAY I finished final editing corrections and sent my book to the printers! It is called, "What Bend? I Can't Even See the Road!" The theme is HOPE, and mainly hope amid SUFFERING. It is my story about going from perfect health to nearly dieing at 40 years old. Some of the chapters have been published on this website. Preview some of them and tell me what you think.
Blessings,
James
