Everyone should occasionally complete a LIVER CLEANSE
Here's an easy-peasey one to try (especially if you're on perscription meds):
DAY ONE: As soon as you get up, drink 8 oz. of hot water with fresh lemons squeezed into it. From then on, eat stewed tomatoes and tomato juice whenever hungry. This acts as a cleanser. Drink hot water and lemon or tomato juice whenever you feel like it. The more the better! You will be amazed how hungry you will become! RIGHT BEFORE BED, drink this cocktail:
3 oz. olive oil
2 oz. castor oil
3 oz. real whipping cream
You may chew a little piece of lemon for taste if you choose. At 3 or 4 am, you will be having
THE nature's call of your life!
DAY TWO: Have the healthy breakfast you desire and earned!
