Ionic foot baths are a great way to pull an incredible amount of toxins out of your body through your feet. Here's how it works: This machine has silver plates, which are wired to the machine that emits four volts of electricity. These silver plates are placed in a tub of water with your feet. First a little shake of some pink Himalayan salt is swished around in the water .Next, a negative charge is turned on for 10 minutes. Then it is switched to a positive charge for 15 minutes. Lastly, it is turned back to a negative charge for five more minutes. Seeing is believing, and you will be amazed at the toxin that are pulled out of my feet. Beware! This is kind of gross! :-) Different people have different colors/smells. Mine is typically black and used to even have floating metallic globs. Talk about heavy metal poisoning! Most of my prescriptions are tough on my liver, especially the chemo drug and Parkinson's drug, so this is a way to help filter that stuff out as I work my way back to heath, and hopefully with less or no prescription medicines.

I wish I would have taken a picture of my feet out of the water. They are stained that color, but then I spray hydrogen peroxide/water mixture on them and wipe them with an old towel because it stains.
The parts of my feet that I can feel are wonderfully tingly and light for a few hours! Talk to a health store and see if they have this service. It's a good investment, and the stuff that's pulled out of your feet is very telling as to what toxins you are carrying. Then you can make a health plan as to further attempting to make your body as pristine as possible.
